WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by +3. Each upgrade also boosts a random substat.

Upgrades are items that are used to improve the quality of weapons tools, armor, and other items. They can be bought by players through item upgrader NPCs in exchange for different currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists.
