The only negative I found with this model is that its VibraRise mop pad mount isn't removable. It is possible to change the mopping cloth if required, but it's not easy to remove the mount for washing manually. I've found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on the mounts, which can cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a range of intelligent features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The Roborock app allows you to manage and configure these advanced features. It also contains maps and advanced mopping options. The app lets you schedule cleanings and track the battery's life. However, you'll have to go through a few hoops in order to enable voice control with this model, which is a shame considering the performance of this model.
