The Pre-licensing course may be taken either in a classroom or via distance learning/virtual class. If you choose the classroom version, then you will receive an MV-278 Prelicensing Certificate of Completion. Whatever version you select to enroll in, all courses use the same curriculum content. If you are able to successfully complete your course, the company will report your achievement to the DMV automatically and you won't require an official certificate when taking your driver's exam.
