The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a style that appears outdated. It's also expensive compared to other strollers that are lighter, so it's not a good choice if you're looking for a budget alternative.

Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs hanging in the air like that, and it doesn't help that it lacks padding.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and use. It's a bit more complicated to close the cloud, however. You need to slide a slider and then press a large white button for it to collapse. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids at the same time.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Their first products included diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture various baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats, strollers and toys. Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist smallest double buggy stroller that's great to travel with. It weighs only 18lbs, which is lighter than some single strollers. and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with windows that peek out and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of various heights. Plus, it has a one step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have an excellent neck control to use the front seat. It does have three panels of a nice sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray and cup holders for parents.

Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxe features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, very maneuverable, and fits easily in overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double Buggy Travel System or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it has more maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

If you're seeking a stroller which is light but packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly light at only 13 pounds but also comes with a ton of storage, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch and a parent's storage pouch and so on. It is also compatible with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to grow along with your child. It can be converted from a baby stroller into an adult stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separate) and is suitable for children ages 6 months and up.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking features therefore it may not be the best choice for rocky or sloping terrain. It's still a good option for most families, as it can be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.

The stroller is light enough to navigate through door frames, which was a major issue for us with some other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only drawback is its limited storage space, which feels cramped when full of things for kids.
